It really blows me away that this vid is still getting current comments!

I get that some people see this as a weak performance, but what you may not get is that this was the first international concert of an otherwise inexperienced, independent band. Picture getting on stage with siblings and acquaintances in a foreign country and putting on a show with absolutely no Industry experience and a personally-financed budget. Their raw talent alone made them popular because that was all they had

@boilyourshorts This show was recorded in Riga in '93. AoB paid their own budget, coming up with their live act independently. They payed for their own sound system and toured around the world in a van with amateur recording and audio equipment. This was the first time Latvia held a concert of a band originating outside their own country. Youtubers may find this concert lacking by modern terms, but it was a huge step for establishing a non-bizz band not through connections, but through talent.

for a band that had no industry backing or outside financing this is very good and the raw talent with no pro-tools or pre recorded vocals this is very good 18 years later it stills holds up
