A Prophetic Encounter at Occupy Boston

UUWorld Editor Chris Walton and author Dan McKanan went to Dewey Square to discuss Occupy Wall Street, Occupy Boston, and the history of radical movements in America.

Dan McKanan is the author of Prophetic Encounters: Religion and the American Radical Tradition. McKanan is the Ralph Waldo Emerson Unitarian Universalist Association Senior Lecturer at Harvard Divinity School and the author of Identifying the Image of God, Touching the World, and The Catholic Worker after Dorothy. His writing has appeared in Sojourners, America, and many other journals.
