For people who can't read his computer lol.

1. Run Regedit

2. Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Serv­ices\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfac­es\

4. Add a DWORD named TcpAckFrequency This is Case Sensitive. If it is already there, skip to step 5.

5. Set the Value of the DWORD to 1

6. Reboot your PC

For the people getting the "bing cannot create value" it is because you are not logged on the administrator's profile on your computer. Also, for some people lost, try using google.

@flaktank Hey, I was wondering if you could answer my question for me, well i have two so here they are. 1) i am running windows vista x64bit os, and when i go to new to make the dword folder, i can either do dword or qword so which one do i make? 2) i have watched a couple videos about doing this and some say to set the value to 1 with hexi-decimal while others use decimal so which do i use there?

It works. My latency went from >200ms to <100ms. Although this was at the expence of the download speed, which suffered little bit. I'll go and try this out at LoL now :) thanks
