i've heard that scorpians are immune to their own venom. But you have to drip the alcohol- usually whiskey onto its back- and qutie alot because of its protective layer, but if the alchol gets inbetween the layers, it WILL sting itself to death because alcohol dehydrates its back.

@TheMeikolee I have read the same theory in a scientific journal but they could not make a 100% conclusive argument as the quantity of scorpion venom injected by a sting was difficult to measure and therefor duplicate. But most of the signs point to yes they are immune. Hence, my bet was on it not dying via a sting.

Dude, you were supposed to drip the alcohol on its back via a dropper. Supposedly, the scorpion would try and get the liquid off its back and in the process, sting itself to death. They won't "drink" alcohol from a spoon,lol
