The car is a works Rothmans Porsche 956 driven by Derek Bell at Le Mans in 1983 and comes from the Duke Video "In Car 956". I know this because I have the video. There is some film of Lloyds car on another video but rest assured this is Bell in the Rothmans car.
Derek Bell wasn´t in 1984 Le Mans. He was 2nd in 1983 Le Mans with 956 Rothmanns, also Ickx. However, the red windshield, was common on Cannon Porsche 956, Richard Lloyd Racing.
