Kicking Over a Dead Armadillo

So my friend, Gretchin, came to town to show her boyfriend, Dereck, around where she grew up. Dereck is from Illinois, and had never seen an armadillo.

We're driving from Atlanta, Texas to Bossier, Louisiana, and he spots a dead armadillo on the side of the road. We stopped so he could get pictures of this dead armadillo. The armadillo was lying on his back (and yes, it was quit obvious it was a "him").

So we get the pics, and get back in the car. As we're pulling away, Gretchin said she wished he could have seen it better by not being on its back. However, they were both wearing flip-flops. I was wearing tennis shoes, so I turned the car around.

We go back up to it, and that's when the video began. She got the video of me kicking the dead armadillo over, then I stopped the video so we could get more pictures.

Dereck didn't even get out of the car! When I kicked it over, it STUNK! OH MY GOSH IT STUNK!
