Married to al Qaeda - Rosine Ghawji (2 of 2)

This is the case of Rosine Ghawji, a woman who unknowingly married and had two children with a man who, through his family and acquaintances, was involved in international terrorism.

Case update:
2/28/07 Judge Fields' final decree was delivered. She ordered the eviction of Rosine Ghawji from the house and ordered the father, Maher Ghawji, back in the house, allowing him to sell it. She named the father as the primary custodian and put him in charge of the children's education and religious upbringing. The judge is still holding the passports of both children but is allowing the children to leave for Pilgrimage (Hajj) and has given them to the father for the month of Ramadan. The youngest child is terrified by this decision.
