"woaahhhh" i yelled and we fell. i fell on top of him landing on his chest. we laughed uncontrollably. then he stopped and he was leaning in. i panicked the only thing that came to my mind was [run]. and thats exactly what i did. i got up and ran down the hall. i heard him say "selena wait..im sorry i" i ran into the room "demi i gotta talk to you--" i stopped in my tracks. i noticed demi and joe sleeping on the bed.He had a smile on his face it was soo sweet. i tried to tiptoe to the bathroom but i knocked my foot really hard on the desk "shit!" .i covered my mouth and tried to wobble on one leg to the bathroom but it was too late. they woke up. i didnt want to make anything awkward for them "gotta pee!" i scurried to the bathroom and closed the door and put my ear to the door. "thanks for keeping me company" i heard demi say grogily "anytime" joe replied and there was a brief silence [which i assumed was a hug] "see yah later" joe said.."bye" and the door closed. i slowly exited the bathroom. i saw demi on her laptop "hey lena how was runnning".."fine" i replied..."demi can i talk to you?"...i asked "sure" she put her laptop down. i sighed a long sigh and sat on my bed "okay there some things you should know...first of all my Dad's not really dead....he's in Jail"...demi stiffened up "that cant be...you went to the funeral in puerto rico..and you cried for days" she said confused..i avoided eye contact..."it was a lie..he's actually in jail" ."thats ridiculous lena...he can't be in Jail, he's like the sweetest person...Lena stop with all this mess!" she yelled, I stood up "why cant you just believe me!" i yelled "i dont know..maybe its cause you lied about your dad being DEAD...what the hell am i supposed to think!" she stood up too "well Your supposedly my best friend...Your supposed to believe me!"..."well if he's in jail..what is in For?"i stared at her..i couldnt possibly tell her...i stood there "right..." she said and turned around..tears came to my eyes and i felt a tug at my throat..
"he's in Jail for attempted murder on my mom..He's in Jail for Physically abusing My mother and me..for raping me and molesting me over and over again...he's in Jail For making my life a living Hell" suddenly tears came rushing down.. i didnt bother to wipe them, Demi came and gave me one of those hugs i really needed "im sorry...im so so sorry" She wispered" i noticed she wipe a quick tear..."and Tony was just like my Father he hurt me to the point where i couldnt run track anymore..he was mad that i spent more time running then being with him"....she pulled from the hug "tony was the one that broke your leg?"..."yeahh" i nodded "lena why didnt you tell me all of this before..why now?" she asked curiously.."well" i cracked a smile "nick almost kissed me..but i think i gave him the wrong idea..im a fan and all but i dont want a relationship"...demi looked at me sincerely "dont be afraid lena..not all guys are like your Dad
