I was there today playing ball and a bit of bars, I attempted to do a muscle up but they are to hard D: Instead I was playing around with the bars and attempted some of your abdominal exercises from your other video, ended up with the skin of my palm peeling off ): Its like a <5 minute walk for me. Ahahaha!

  • @neumann1940 2-3 months, 2-3 days per week is optimum.

    Focus on those explosive pullups and keep following the muscle up workout/tutorial.

  • @FitnessFAQs Hey dude great strength you got on MU can you tell me how long it took for you to reach to this level of Muscle up and how many days i should training on them to achieve a fast result , i can do high pull ups and about 3 false grip pull ups for now how many time i could take to achieve a MU
