Typical Govt of India lectures...Lengthy and boring........A thing which can be taught in 10 mins....these people take up 1 hour..Who has time to go through a 1 hr video...

How serious is the prerequisite of Computer Programming to this course as I do not have any background in Computer Programming ?

nice but boreing,,., why in earth i wioul listen to this 1 hr if i can learn that in 10 mins in another video, about this and more advanced stuff.
by the time i finish this videos there will be no SAD at all.??
