Bambalapitiya case

On the 29 of October this guy was throwing stones to the Running public trains, and few of them were injured. Also he Smashed a Windscreen of a private vehicle so people around that area have complain this improper behavior to the police 119(That must do)
and one crew of police men came to take him to the custody and make the necessary inquiry.
But he done the same thing for the police men and try to escape from them
As a result of that, the guy had to run to the sea and few of the police men also jump to the sea to catch him.Unfortuantly nobody able to swim.

This stupid police men dont know how to handle that situation they try to get him out to the water by threat him.(Even that time police dont know weather this guy is Tamil or Sinhalese or Muslim. And they dont want to care it Coz their task is to take the guy to the custody)

But unfortunately that guy sunk and this stupid police men cant save his life because they cant swim. And nobody try to involved to this incident because his un acceptable Attitude in the beginning.(That can be happened) and also the police are already involved to this case .
Otherwise this is not an ethnic distinction. even this can happened to me if I done the same thing. so dont miss understood.

So few bad peoples are try to show this as an ethnical problem and get the advantage of this incident to achieve their bad and egocentric vision .Can somebody tell me which country you cant find this kind of bad people?

As a summery

*. The guy done the things are wrong even he is my brother ( I agree )
* The people complain to 119 (I agree)
* The police crew try to take him to the custody ( I accept)
* The behavior and the method use buy that stupid fat police man(I never accept)
* The people watching this incident specially in this case ( This is normal in every where)

and they dont know whether he is Tamil of Muslim or Sinhalese because Sinhalese and Tamils cannot identify on the face, both looks same.


* Nobody try to swim and save him (I dont accept)

This because may be there is nobody able to swim and save or no body accept his behavior or nobody thought that he is sinking(please check how he sunk .that is not a normal way)

Or this can be a plan by a group of organization. like the incident of 1983.

Dont blame the police, he was the one stupid enough to jump in the sea without knowing how to swim, and from refusing to go into custody.

@jehansmith , actually the police in these cases were idiots. They were just some uneducated constable who might have only studied till his O/L or less.

A constable dont have the power to do a murder secretly, u think the police was trying to resque the drowning guy who is begging to forgive him???

MR. Basil Rajapaksa handed over the cheque of $100.000 to the victim's brother. It was good move by the government. Now it is known that the police was the responsible for his death. However, the most important think is, the police officer has to pay for irresponsible action. Justice must be served. First Angulana, now Bambalapitiya. Things need to be handle in a civilized way. If the authority goes unpunished, then we can not make difference. We live in the 21st century, and we need a change.
