idiots i know what this is you ignorant humans. its the multi billion dollar nasa blue beam project which is a group of satellites that beam a hologram image onto our skies. they are testing it creating false alien invasions they can even project a "jesus" its all part of the NEW WORLD ORDER.

This is just a hologram. Thats why it is blurry and appears to have dimensional layering. Thats a defect in the hologram or holomachine. The goal would be to have the hologram stable in the sky as to appear to be a real object. Any small movement or instability in the rig or tripod that the "holomachine" is mounted on would be magnified by the image in the sky. Not to mention the camera capturing the thing was shaking also.
