Everyones lineage (family line) flows through (is accounted of) their father and not their mother.

I have one more excellent example of that, which I will now quote, and then briefly expound upon before I close this topic. I remembered this one as I was praying, reminded by God Himself of it, and now I share it with you.

"And Salmon begat Booz of Rahab (i.e. Rachab); and Boaz begat Obed of Ruth; and Obed begat Jesse; And Jesse begat David the king; and David the king begat Solomon of her that had been the wife of Urias..." (Matthew 1:5,6)

"Which was the son of Jesse, which was the son of Obed, which was the son of Booz, which was the son of Salmon, which was the son of Naasson..." (Luke 3:32)

I want you to notice how that in both Matthew and Luke each of them focus on who the various fathers were, to form the lineage (family line) of Christ, and not on the mothers. However, that's not my focus.

My focus is the fact that Rahab the harlot was a gentile, who married a Jew, and had Jewish children. My focus is the fact that Ruth was a Moabite, who married a Jew, and had Jewish children. So why am I saying the children were Jewish? It's simply this: because of the fact that their fathers were Jewish (Jews)! For every persons lineage (family line), who and what they are, that's determined by who/what their father is. So if your mother is a gentile, and your father is a Jew, then you are a Jew! Because your lineage is always determined by who/what your father is, and, not by who/what your mother is!

So after Rachab helped Israel defeat the people of Jericho, and she was chosen by Salmon to be his wife; then, the son she had (Booz) was accounted as a Jew (as a Hebrew) and not a gentile. If the lineage of Booz was accounted of (reckoned by) who/what his mother Rachab was (a gentile), and not of who/what his father Salmon was (a Jew/Hebrew), then that would have been impossible. And the same in true of the son (Obed) that Boaz had by Ruth.

And on that last word I rest my case!

The lineage (family line) is always determined by who/what the father of a child is alone; it has nothing at all to do with who/what the mother is. If your father is Dutch, then, you are Dutch; if your father is German, then, you are German; if your father is Jewish, then, you are Jewish! The lineage is always determines by who/what your father is! And, as I said before, if you want to be mad about this; well, then take that up with God; because He is the one who established that as the rule and not me! I'm simply the messenger, sent to remind everyone, so if that angers you then take it up with Yahweh God Himself. But, like every other doctrine established by Him (which is shown in/by His Word), don't expect Him to change that just because it upsets you (just because you don't like it, and/or, you're offended by it).
