Welcome to The Sweet Mandarin Cookery School. The concept of Sweet Mandarin's Cookery School is to teach you step by step how to cook amazing Chinese food in your home.

Our ethos is

To give all our students the solid foundation of Chinese cookery, Chinese customs and Chinese health aspects on the cookery programmes

To give simple but effective recipes that you can master at home quickly and easily

To give you confidence in the kitchen from preparing vegetables, making dim sum, and cooking up delicious stir fries that are restaurant quality.

To make it an experience to remember with our fun informal approach but filled with tips, and step by step learning techniques.

The lessons listed below generally start at 11am and finish at 2pm -- 2.30pm. You eat what you make and they are £100 each (dim sum is £125).

Soup Making / Stocks

Noodles / Fried Rice / Making Perfect Rice

Sample course consists of learning 3 starters, 1 soups, 2 mains, 1 vegetable dish, 1 noodles, 1 egg fried rice, AND wok technique.
