Ernie not to split straws here. But wouldn't it have been SO MUCH EASIER to just put the cookies in the pot until you got a new cookie jar?

@sheepwolf2004 Yes, it's funny. Why would Ernie tell the goldfishes to take it easy there, fellow in the cowboy hat? And it makes it splash at Bert and have him get wet? That is not Bert's cowboy hat. Impossible.

Why would Ernie put that pot in Bert's head, saying "Ride em cowboy, Bert?" And isn't Bert silly wear a pot in his head? That's funny. He looks just like Johnny Appleseed wearing a pot in his head on Sesame Street. Ha ha ha.

The part when Ernie takes a bite out of a cookie and puts it back into the cookie jar reminds me of a time my dad was at a restaurant and ordered a pizza, and the waiter took a bite out of a pizza slice and put it back in the pan.

It's "hat". Actually, Bert does say it's his cowboy hat. What the heck does Ernie put that silly pot in Bert's head? Why did he do that? Is that funny? He's sounded more like that he is known as Johnny Appleseed?
