The voice over is clearly Sir Michael Caine (The actor who plays Alfred). Even if it were Gordon -- why would he address Bruce as "sir", plus why would he have the cockney English accent? No offence dude, but you're wrong.

U c, Gary Oldman is english too and speaks an english accent in Nolan film series.

Listen dude, I'm British, and I know a British accent when I hear one and for the film Gary used an American accent, no doubt about it.
