@PraiseShaddaiElohim Not Osama since he wasn't a dictator but rather a terrorist mastermind. If you're looking for a Middle Eastern dictator who had a strong hatred of the Jews long before he was overthrown, take a look at Saddam. He even ran a nuclear program which included a reactor that was so threatening until the Israelis bombed it.
