Instead of jumping on the car like an idiot that wants to be run over they could have stayed away from the car and shot the tires out. We've all seen how long the chases last when the pursuie has no tires. I think that cop on the hood didn't have to be there and the shooting was uncalled for. Unless they knew this guy was a murderer or a very bad person I don't think that is a justified shooting.
