How much coverage can you get out of the size container it has? Would you be able to coat a 1 foot by 4 foot panel on both sides with pretty good thickness? Thanks

Good shit. I have a chicago system, hate the damn cords and shit but, it works well. I'm gonna buy a commercial gun soon. I fabricated a 7 foot oven and will be posting a video soon. How long you been powder coating and what do you mainly do?

I dont have the manual in front of me at the moment but I would say it can hold about a 6 oz. cup worth of powder which I would think would cover the area that you are describing. It goes on much better if the surface areas are flat. I do a lot of odd shaped parts and end up wasting alot of powder but I think you could definitely get complete coverage of yours with a full load of powder. Hope that helps a little.

I have only been doin this for a couple months, id like to build an oven so I can do bike frames and wheels etc. also parts I fabricate for motorized bicycles

it takes about 3-5 minutes on smaller parts, could take longer on larger parts to fully glaze over. Once this occurs, you can begin the timer for curing. Hope that helps some.
