There will be a slim for sure, but i doubt it will look like those pics. Well, i pray it doesn't because its ugly. Rather stick to the original if it ends up looking like that.

Couldn't agree with you more. It's the games that does matter not the design. I like they way of how it looks and that you see Sony's brand name on the left more clearly now than on the touch button. It's smaller too which is a big plus for me. Some say it's as big as PS2 phat.
Rather cheap high quality console with outstanding climathic games than a nice luxury design with less games and more expensive hardware.

damb thats a ugly ps3.. the ps3 ceramic whit is the best lookin 1...reflex like my tiles in the house..if i wer to buy a slim id pul it apart n gloss it up but even the shape is ugly..n i like the whole playstation 3 writing on there...but dnt 4get the ps2 slim wansnt gloss eitha it was matte
