I don't think phonegap uses git in phonegap 0.9.3
the iOS has a phonegaplibinstaller.pkg which seems to perform all the compiling and setup. Am I correct?

This was helpful. I just ran the installer and start development. Some of the functionality did not work. I missed all the setup steps.

i'm stuck i got as far as typing in - git submodule init - but it doesn't do anything except prompt me to enter in something else on a new line were did i go wrong??
The phone gap website has changed because the get started area doesn't list a link at all so i merely typed the link according to what i saw in this video.. Please Help! =/

After I type in "make" there is not the installer package "PhoneGapLibInstaller.pkg". So i can not install PhoneGap. Where is the problem?

@HitecDevil You don't have to use jQTouch in order to use PhoneGap. I just like to use it because it makes creating native looking web apps very easy.
