today, I'm going to show you how to preform a recover of data off of a mac the is unable to load osx. this procedure is safe and involves onaly one black cd! we will use linux mint to boot and then an external hard drive to use as our new file storage

  • I tried everything .. literally everything .. Until I saw this video.. it almost made me wanna switch to Linux forever!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

    But anyway .. I formatted my External Harddrive into FAT32. But it's limited to files to 2GB!! Format of MAC OS Journaled is not recognized by Linux .. well at least not writable..

    Wich format do I need for the External Harddrive so it can copy from Linux onto the HD and then from the HD to Mac OS .. if somebody can help me plz!!

  • @abaaddi File formats are a bitch. period. NTFS is honestly your best bet. its not writable on OSX but you can copy stuff off from it

  • after I pressed "start linux".. it froze on a blank black screen.. can you help? i really need to recover my files

  • im installing on windows...... toshiba....

    i burned it to a standard 4.7 gb DVD-R disc, and it is stuck at the screen where it loads the two files and says "Ready."

    PLZ HELP

  • @unknownPWNAGE97 Kay burn a new dick but instead of loading linux mint on it. load "Parted Magic" Google it.
