why not use alias? It is 10000000X better.

@Alias828 : In germany nearly every OEM uses CATIA V5, so I teach our students CATIA V5, by the way, I´m not shure but "10000000X" seems a little bit too much.

@kfzschule See, I don't get the logic in that, because you spend a longer time drawing a model in CATIA V5, when you can spend less time in Alias, and simply export it to CATIA. At the end of the day, it might make more sense to do that because of how much it costs to pay people to do these things. Alias is excellent for G2 / G3 stuff, the quality won't be as high I don't think. If you are a teacher, then obv. it is better to teach them what will help them get a job more, that is smart too :)
