Is Google a benign, modern company that abides by its corporate motto
of "don't be evil" and enriches the sum of human knowledge by indexing
and sharing the world's information? Or is it an avaricious
power-crazed entity that wields a dangerous amount of power and takes
a laissez-faire attitude toward user privacy? Online magazine spiked
hosted a seminar on the topic in central London on 18 March 2010.

McGrath is a specialist on EU and UK competition law at Edwards Angell
Palmer & Dodge UK LLP.
