Great video and awesome buck.I shot a 150" 8 pointer last year with my bow on the second day of archery season.I was nervous and didn't account for him dropping and spined mine too.You can't know wether or not the deer is going to drop or not.Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.Great Video!Keep it up!Oh and everyone giving him a hard time.....fuck yourself.

@BaldKnobHunter Thanks. I wasnt sure my buck dropped until i watched it in slow-mo. several inch drop. People on here also dont realize how far down into a deer the spine is. Its not on the top edge of the back. My arrow clearly hit much lower than the top of the back....Thanks for watching and check back for for videos. Sub also!!!!!

Everyone on here bitching about baiting can shut the hell up. When hunting you use every advantage you can get. A corn pile is not like catching fish out of a barrel those deer could have winded him and been gone in a second.there is no gaurantee when in a tree stand, so stack the odds in your favor. By the way VERRY nice buck, and to kill him opening day makes it that much sweeter!!!

Nice buck...like I always say..everyone is a critic. People today all evaluate whatever you do like they are a judge on one of those reality cooking shows.

I have spined several deer..better than hitting them back in the guts and never finding them..truth be told I often aim for the liver..because a liver shot is always fatal.
