"shojo" and "doutei" can double as virginity itself, as in losing ones virginity: 処女を失う、童貞を失う、処女喪失、童貞喪失。 The first two are closer to what people would say, and the last two are closer to terms for the act. The last two are also what would show up as categories on porn sites.
