Do you know there's a city in Canada (White Rock) that registered a warmer winter season (2009 - 2010) than Dallas? It was not only warmer; but it was also DECIDEDLY milder than Dallas after factoring in wind chill. It's not the first winter it's happened, either. In fact, White Rock's winters are NORMALLY much milder than they are in Oklahoma City and Amarillo! Surprised? If you need proof, I'd be MORE than willing to provide the proof.

Same thing happened in NE oklahoma, green country. I live in dewey. The snow lasted till January like snow was still on the ground in patches till the middle of Jan.
