1 bucket of lava, 1 bucket of water, and as much redstone as you like.

  • Whats the point if it takes so much time to mine it why not just go to that one lava lake you found the last time you mined and make that into obsidain by flooding the room so whenever you break it theres more and it will never burn

  • @policepoo1 Flooding a lava lake is a one time thing. This is a device that can be used FOREVER at my base.

  • It must be netherrock ?!

  • @andrei867 No.

  • my computer lags in single player normal render distance. will this be true in multiplayer too?

  • @sixDUMBbeaners It will lag worse in Multiplayer.

  • @kirknay Better than trying to find a huge source of lava if you want to build using obsidian. and with fortune now, it doesn't matter at all.

    btw, still works in 1.1

  • it consumes the redstone so it is almost useless

  • This is a very "dusty" video. =p

  • This video went viral on Belgrade

  • @NoNamer69XD Yes it does!

  • I made an automatic one of these! Thanks for the original idea, Avidya! I was having a problem with the stupid lingering lava, so I made a set of pistons push some cobble over the lingering lava! It is a HUGE help and a huge time saver! You should think about doing it. I will do a diagram if you want to, because it took me about 2 hours to figure it out for myself. Pm me if you want it!

  • @mepds9 You wasted redtone making those redstone torches, so whats the difference in you just place redstone dust? Its only 4 pieces, and redstone isn't too rare, I'm sure anybody could find a redstone ore block to replace it...

  • does it work anymore?

  • @andrei867 I dont play minecraft but I know you are a dumbass

  • @AvidyaZen but this consumes redstone... is it possible that it's not redstone-consuming? after all I need redstone for other stuff, like circuits. I tried placing redstone torches below the blocks so they're powered, but no luck.. any ideas??
