What kind of disc are you using? is it a dog disc or people disc? I like the walk away behind the back throw. For the in close tricks, try to adjust your throw so the disc angles down towards the dogs mouth - like it does on long throws. Rewatch it and you will see a lot of the short trick throws have the disc edge closest to the dog angled up. Bella still caught most of them. Very cool refresh section! Bella is a great looking dog. We have a cattle dog named Moxie.

@DiscDogBlog The red one is a soft dog disc and the white one is an ultimate frisbee disc. I ordered 10 dog frisbees this last weekend though so she would have something legit to play with :) I'll try the angling thing, thanks :o
