Sorry, I misspelled her name: Loleatta Halloway did that voice for Right on Time, which was actually her song from the 70s. You can find it on youtube, along with how it was butchered by Black box, as well as uncredited to Loleatta.

@PhuriousStyles Actually, Lolita Halloway did Right on Time. Black Box didn't credit her right, either. Her voice and Martha Wash's voice was used on thieir album. You should be able to find the oriignal Right on Time from Lolita Halloway. It was butchered by Black box.
