This is the theme song of our church, Church of Christ worlwide (CCWI), the Umbrella mission org. of Central Bible Seminary in Manila Philippines. I used to play this on keyboard every opening chapel of the school semester.

I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. I play the piano and organ. Today (September 12), we sang this as our opening hymn. It is #789 in Evangelical Lutheran Worship. We did so because our Gospel was Luke 15: 1-10, which was Jesus' parable about the one lost sheep. I'm glad that they put this tune back in the ELW. In the Lutheran Book of Worship, the tune was HER VIL TIES, composed by Ludvig M. Lindeman, 1812-1887. Needless to say, no one liked this tune, including myself.
