The corner of that building at :26 is no longer there. It collapsed, and the front of that building is surrounded by chain link fence. I thought the recent snow would cause the whole building to come crashing down, but it is holding up. It just looks bad.

The horrible horn you hear is the TNER engine. They delivered it but prolly didn't have the rights to operate it.
