no. It stands for "Ride on Kamek". Kamek is the japanese name for magikoopa, so all the tag says is that he uses the Magikruiser

hey, i know toadette gives a good off-road bonus and all, but what is considered to be "off-road" terrain, other than ice? if sand is considered to be off-road terrain, than why isn't she used for dry dry hill/ruin? just a question of curiosity and all, don't give me a thumbs down for it...

rSL ice part is off-road, that's just it.
DDR sand (on the road) is not considered to be "off-road" at all.

No, a lot of areas are off-road. rSGB light blue water is off-road, of course.
