Found this while looking for mini tophat ideas with Halloween coming soon and I would so love to come play in your craft room, lol! Very cute hats, I made one last year for a friend with feather plume & a half-veil, using hair comb to anchor it, like how you used the clips & frills on yours.

Hi Gaby! Thanks! Actually, the clips I recommend you pick them up at Sally's. They sell a box of 100 for like $5 (cheaper if you are willing to spend the extra $5 on the sally's card to get a 10% off, it's good for a year) I have seem them online, but are way to expensive. I am glad to have inspired someone! =) I just got married 3 weeks ago, so had been busy planning a wedding, but I have tons of videos I want to post & thinking of making a few tutorials too!
