When the alien supercomputer known as Brainiac(Scott Wentworth) comes to Earth in an effort to offer Superman(Brian Tubbs) a chance to relive Krypton's past in exchange for his help, the Man of Steel finds himself struggling with the decision to stay on his adopted home or explore the galaxy. But when a mysterious machine known as The Eradicator(Dan Conlin) casts doubt on his true intentions, Superman discovers that Brainiac may not be as gentle as he claims. Meanwhile, a new Daily Planet reporter named Andrea Beaumont(4ccskids8) arrives with a mysterious past and an assassin targets Lois(Cori Bowhay), leading to a deadly confrontation that could spell the end of Clark and Lex's(John Curcio) friendship forever.


Well, guys, we have finally arrived. The new DCVerse begins today on Monday, November 30th. I know I said it would be put up in HD, but that was unfortunately not able to happen. As I suspected the case to be, the first short is a learning experience and the time to render the HD videos was more than what was available. So for now, Insurrection comes at you only in standard. It may be re-uploaded later in HD, but there's been no real decision made at this point.

Speaking of re-uploading, it's also possible that certain parts may be re-upped in the future to include all of Linwood's music. As you may notice, some of the temp score is still in and not all of it is 100% Linwood. Unfortunately, as I stated, this was a learning experience and what we've learned is to give our composer a better turnaround time. He just didn't have it this time, and the date was, understandably, not able to be made. However, Linwood does intend to finish the score, so it's likely you'll see parts re-uploaded with Linwood's music. For now, we'll have to settle for this.

Hope everyone enjoys Insurrection, as it is truly just the beginning for the DCVerse. When the world is in a crisis, there may just be help around the corner...

And I was wondering how you'd make Eradicator look. Didn't think the spaceship would last long.

Yeah, the spaceship thing was always intended to be temporary for him. There's actually quite a bit of Eradicator backstory, explaining where the spaceship form came from, during the big 17-part arc we have coming up.
