What you do one time one day doesn't count. It's what you do consistency on a daily basis that really matters.

  • Agree Toni; cheers.

  • Very true. Thanks again Tony and Happy New Year to you as well.

  • Good point,... resolutions often involve focusing on eliminating something negative (so your focus is still focused on something negative),

whereas lifestyle changes usually involve thought-out positive choices.

Happy 2010 to Tony and all.

  • Words of wisdom, my friend.

My personal life philosophy is to always be in a position where I am comfortable and to never freak out over anything. Everything is going to be okay in the end, and stressing myself out about it won't help.

  • HAPPY NEW YEAR! :-D

  • Yes, very true.

I also believe whatever you want to do picture yourself doing it for the rest of your life unless it is a specific finite goal (like I want to go to Egypt for a week)... if you can't you might need to adjust it to be able to say to yourself, I can .... :)

  • Hello,Tony.

But I think to achieve what you are vlogging about, it still has to start with a resolution to do something, even to plan what you want to achieve, and how to succeed.

  • My new year resoulution was to lose 2 pounds.. haha.. JP.. hi tony... how are u doing today??

  • I have a quick and easy resolution! All I need is to take a reading test and I can get my A.S Degree! WOO! I can't wait until the semester starts! I'm dreading Chem tho...thats for my RVT goal. My goal is an A

  • AMEN! There is no such thing as a quick fix. What we work for we sustain and embrace. Nice to see you Tony!
