Revelation 8:8 And The Gulf Oil Spill

Is Revelation 8:8 lining up for the Tribulation Period in the Gulf Oil Spill? I have already seen way too many people say yes, this is that prophecy.

I think it is jumping the gun by saying this, yet on the other hand, as with all prophecies, they have to line up, get all the pieces of the puzzle together before it can be completed.

I just say we must watch before saying yes.

How silly to believe that the oil-spill has anything to do with the end of the world ? So god is in the oil-business now ? 200 years ago, there were no oilspills, because there was no oil discovered yet ?

@ndzoko Well, I can see that you didn't watch this video all the way through otherwise you wouldn't have made such a stupid statement.

Besides God who knows all things is more then able to show us what will happen, but this wasn't it, oh but you would've known that if you watched it all the way through..Or maybe you just don't pay that much attention to the screen in front of you...either way, this is your second comment and it shows you know nothing.

I wondered about that too - if the oil would flow until all the oceans were polluted by it at the proper time; however, there are literally tens of thousands of abandoned oil wells in the gulf and all of them have been leaking any number of gallons every day for the last 40-60 years, cumulatively creating a much larger spill than the one the news trumpeted; the only reason we could see a difference is because of the concentration. Anyway, I think it's going to be a direct divine act of judgment.

@ApocalypseWatcher I think that too, that it will be a divine judgement. Did you hear that more animal deaths off Australia coast? Seems like the animal deaths are still going on. I have a google alert for mass animal deaths, and man, it just goes on and on.

@LT2AD As far as my thinking goes, the seals and the trumpets haven't been started yet. What we are watching is the pre-cursor to the Tribulation Period which could start at anytime, or be another 20 years. We just have to see how this all plays out.

If Jerusalem gets forceably divided this September, then I would expect a serious war with Syria and surrounding Muslim states. We are at that time period where we wait to see what the next move will be.

@rhildreth423 LOL...I can relate to that. We all can use some prayer when ti comes to dealing with others on the internet. Not being face to face makes it easier to be rude or to be sarcastic, which I can be, or sometimes just downright nasty. I h've been in plenty of prayer of myself on this issue and still working on it.

Thank you, and I can get too argumentative and should not comment on videos at 1:00 in the morning after work and studying. Even at my best, I consider argument sport. Maybe I can use some prayer?
