as far as #3 even if they do insurance companies / employers are most likely to issue drug tests as they do now. Not only for federal liability but to show that the employee was under the influence of a substance within recent time of Interviewing, hiring, Injuries on the job and or reason for termination.

Many people are not proud of U.S.A. But like any government, we nor the governing body are infallible. Though, we should not use that as an excuse to explain our downfalls but to learn from them and NOT let it happen again. But, if America expects to be ignorant and free it expects what never was and what never will be.
