By preparing 4 water filters having 6 plates each along with arrester installed, backfire is still there and torch is not burning properly. Why is it happening?

your tip hole size is too big. check your flow and use tip size accordingly..
.5-1 LPM= .013 tip
1.5-3 LPM= .017 tip
3.5-5 LPM= .022 tip
5.5-8 LPM= .027 tip
8.5-15 LPM= .040 tip
15-25 LPM= .055 tip

can anyone explain to me why the tip of the torch does not seem to melt away over time? Is it due to the torchs's tip metal density??

People you need to google Hexavalent Chromium and read read I spent years working on HHO and created alot of waste before I found out about Hex and I am sure it is the reason I have developed respiratory problems that may now lead to cancer, the risks are just to high !

thanks for posting your concern. All HHO users shoud be aware of the potential dangers of HHO. NEVER handle your waste products and do goole hexavalent chromium before involving yourself in HHO. there are ways to be safe.
