marbling without water blue design. robin moses nail art tutorial

here is a tutorial i did that is quick, but gives you a look at how to swirl polish without using water. it is not the same effect......exactly ----but definitely a keeper!

I just tried water marbling for the first time and it turned out okay, but it was really messy and the polish didn't get to the very edges of my nails. This method looks like it gives you way more control of what your swirled look like and where they go.

What's the brand and name of the base coat you put? It's such a pretty nude and I wanted to find one.
