That knife defense was fair...but not so good. The gun defense alarms me because in a real attack she would have possibly been shot or shot herself in the face or gut doing it the way she did it. She should have immediately went to the blind side of the gun and controlled and broke the elbow and driven him to the ground smashing him to the floor ('concrete') KO'ing him quickly.

hey bill, hello from edmonton here. glad to see more schools getting into your program. glad to see a video for the system on here. i thought everybody did great in the class.that lady did great with the changeover to a weapon. nice tackle on the guy.

Actually, the woman did an amazing job switching in the adrenal rush from ground to weapons defense. The attackers were applying assymetrical training vs the usual symmetrical. This is great footage!

This is great classic FAST Defense. It's not about fancy technique, but about to hadle the adrenal rush and work within it. The armed attacker defense was awesome!
