Tre lacked committment, business experience and tact, so he was rightly booted. Katie lacks tact and would infuriate others within Sir Alan's organization, so thankfully she decided to pull out so that Simon and Kristina would have the chance at a job they really wanted from the very start. She should've left with the guy who was missing his children, but I'm glad she left because if she hadn't then Simon would've definitely gotten the boot. Still, I hate two idiots took spots others wanted.
