I have bad news for you. This song has snuck out of Padstow and is sung other places - Minneapolis, Minnesota every May for example, with the title Padstow Mayers' Song in honor of that fair town in Cornwall.

The original version of Steeleye Span singing Padstow has been put back on Utube by "Nigihayahi" unfortunately they have spelt it Stteleye Span so you may miss it.
Its well worth watching as its a much better recording

The title of this song is Padstow. I am glad thet you share this Philadelphia video with us, because I saw them that same year at Dranouter Festival in Belgium, with of course the same line-up and the same songs. Twenty years agi is this, and they are still going strong.
