@mattmarcucci1 you should stick to what you seem to know best. Dispeptic remarks of an ignoramous. Rousseau, for the information of the others, was providing a model of decent and touching musical taste in a corrupt age. (this dancing company's visual "period" performance is absurd, however.) The music itself is a masterpiece of simplicity and tenderness.

Seth: this dance company is performing to a work written by a man who was a pauper much of his life. Who gave them the permission to do so?
Who gave you permission to listen to his music, to see it performed, or to reflect on anything at all, for that matter?
As for "reflection", you certainly don't make the proper use of that natural right.
