Why do people listen to this fake ass Cuban. He doesn't care about Cuba. He only cares about getting money from the Cuban mafia. The exiled people who put him in office.

All sorts of people rationalize their beliefs and actions, but you'll never hear anyone, especially haters--hidden, or otherwise-- admit to being afflicted with a syndrome called schadenfreude in German. Schadenfreude is the phenomenon of feeling joy for other people's misfortune. Everyone must have been exposed to that, at least once in their lives. Who would admit to feeling that way? Yet, there's lots of people who operate that way!

@hopeforamerika Yes!! they go there to see, and I don't there's nothing wrong with that, but to keep on going back there to see how people beg for a dollar to feed there families, makes them feel better I guess.

I read a canadian who 'loves' to visit Cuba, to say that he felt 'the richest man in the world' when he gave a cuban his old shoes. He said that the man was so grateful that he loves going there. This canadian defendes Catro's regime, can you believe that?

@PerlitaHabanera I agree, dear friend. By analogy, the attitude of some people who travel there for amusement remind me of people who go, or went there as if they were going to an amusement park, like Disney World. Many say they want to see Cuba before it changes. Changes into what? Into the same standard of living it had before Castro destroyed its economy? Or Cuban folks having decent cars, and transportation like the ones the enjoy back in their own countries?

A lot of hyprocritical people that goes there that just care to have a good time they put them away from the cubans in resorts of course, they don't want to be around them anyways, just for a little, for them were just slaves an who care!!!, As long they don't have to deal too much with the cubans that is alright. Only a few really care to find out what is going on and when they try to help, they put them in jail.

@PerlitaHabanera Yes, and then, after those vacations are over, they go back to the modern conveniences of whatever country they came from, to their nice paychecks, constitutional rights, new cars, high definition tv, walk-in closets, where they can rant and rave against rights of the prisoners in guantanamo, child prostitution laws in southeast asia, and many other issues that, in their own minds, must not apply to Cuba or Cubans.

@PerlitaHabanera Fidel has been know to sell sacks of rice that were sent to Cuba as aid, in Cuban stores. All the money that is traded there by citizens, ends, or passes through his hands in the end. If a minor has no other choice than to prostitute, his or herself, to help his or her family, the $ they earn goes into the govt. stores, today's equivalent of the plantation co. store so long ago. Why is this so difficult for people who clamor on behalf of fair trade etc. to understand?

He just stated that the money that cubans americans talke there goes to help the government not just the family and that is TRUE!!, But that is not the main argument, ok.
