In Tune With Nature - Dave Dobbyn, Hayley Westenra & Fiona Pears.

Dave Dobbyn and Hayley Westenra perform Dave's 'Welcome Home' live at the Mud House Winery in Waipara, New Zealand on the 17th of February 2008.

This 'instant anthem' from one of New Zealand's most iconic and beloved song writers was made to soar by another of New Zealand's most treasured icons. Hayley's voice added a hauntingly beautiful layer to this already beautiful song.

  • Brillant.

  • wow! coming together of two completely different genres. A jelling of amazing talent never the less. Salty tears and heart aches for Aotearoa . quite moving.

  • I reckon hayley westenra's voice is a bit too opera-ish for this song...dont know...maybe just my bad taste.

  • you are not wrong Scottl926

  • I was there was a bit pissed but i remember this duet better than this one owell still good to recall this day

  • Man this makes me miss NZ, living in OZ now and one major thing I miss is the music... and maybe the food :-)

  • LEGEND!

  • I went to the first show in this tour held at milbrook in queenstown and me being 15, i thought it was fantastic, the people at the concession stand told us that they wernt coming out for photos and autographs but then they did :D

Great day :D never forget it

  • Fantastic! Thanks for these videos. It DOES bring back memories from Shepherd's Bush but also my time in NZ when I saw a 12-piece Ukelele band play "Don't Dream It's Over" and the entire crowd was singing. It was magical so I cannot even begin to imagine what these shows were like. Thanks again!
