@fuckpennyfinders i presume you say hispanic for south americans but just in case, in Spain there was the "ruta del bakalao", music was a mix from italodance, german techno, and brit clubbin( beginings of prodigy for example), musicians here make versions of the abroad ones. Valencia was maybe the most party city of all Europe from the late 80s and for sure from 90 to 94, in 93 all the discos, drugs, music etc appeared on tv and police and politicians started to close all and so on, movedibiza
