Continuing the long story :)

When I made 'Mea Culpa', I wasn't sure how many people would like the Dean / Elena / Damon crossover love triangle, but I got an amazing number of compliments so I guess I'm not the only one who thinks there's a story there :)

And thus, a sequel, part of an intended trilogy, leading to the ultimate choice for Elena.

This episode starts with Elena rescuing Damon from the basement cell which Dean had confined to at the end of 'Mea Culpa'. As time passes, she falls deeper in love with Damon, while Dean continues his life on the road, hunting supernatural evil.

But despite their efforts, neither Elena nor Dean are able to move past the memories their life together. Exhausted by the endless, lonely struggle to stay on his chosen course, desperately missing Elena and unaware of her new life with Damon, Dean decides to return to Mystic Falls.

Meanwhile, Damon discovers a photograph that threatens to shatter his world.

I finally wrapped it up after a year :P Everyone was tired of me being sorry for not completing it for months and months, but I had so much trouble deciding whether Elena should choose Dean or Damon! Je comprends parfaitement le problème du choix entre Dean et Damon :D Il est tout aussi difficile de choisir entre votre amour d'enfance, et l'homme que vous avez maintenant tombé en amour avec, car les deux sont de différents types d'amour, mais on n'est pas moins que l'autre. Il était facile pour Elena lorsque Dean était absent, mais une fois il est revenu ... merci beaucoup pour le commentaire charmant, et pour regarder la série:)

@XvampireloveforeverX Thanks again, Soha :) I took so long to choose between these two that I'm not even going to try extending this series LOL Choosing b/w Dean and Damon haha, to even HAVE that choice LOL I personally would choose Dean, I'm *a little bit* more into him <3 But he loves his job... sigh. @LouBable ...and this is where I got stuck for a YEAR because I couldn't choose hehehe I mean, how DO you choose between them? :D Seriously though, it was tough because Dean was Elena's first love, a deep, intense, difficult relationship, and they had so much history that I didn't know how to (and didn't want to) simply uproot that for a technicality, that he's on the job. But then my BFF had ENOUGH of my whining and said clearly enough: "dude, he's not even there to have a relationship with!"
