That's great!
What's really missing is an SDK for the rest of us on a Mac or Linux machine.
You can't claim to be completely open, and then force software developers to use Windows to write their code.

it's logical that symbian is NOW fully open, because it is now depreciated. there are way better mobile operating systems like android, maemo, (iphone os), (windows mobile), etc..
