@qualqui I think what you're mentioning is actually baluts. I've heard of them, but I don't know if you can get them in the USA! Century eggs are boiled eggs that are buried and preserved, turning them brown and translucent. They're a memorable experience! I won't lie - the baconnaise is *excellent* on burgers! Century Eggs,...LOL....ewwww,...gross,...lemme see these are fertile duck eggs with the embryo all developed and all,...filipinos luv 'em like anything,...but, hey i'd sure like to taste that baconnaise,...puttin' it on a blt(for double yummy bacon flavor) or on a Bacon Cheese burger,....thumbs up to ya Danny Boy!! = )
